Ludwig & Co. advised Otto Nussbaum GmbH & Co. KG on the carve-out and sale of its testing equipment business (ATT Prüftechnik GmbH) to CWM Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
The parties agreed not to disclose details of the transaction. The transaction closed November 30th, 2016.
