Ludwig & Co. advised a private investor on the acquisition of the innovative soft drink company Brausé from the insolvency administrator Nils Krause of Schultze & Braun. This already marks the second transaction in the beverage industry in 2018 for Ludwig & Co.
The parties agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
Ludwig & Co. acted as M&A advisor.
