Crowd Mobile Limited (ASX: CM8 & FWB-XETRA: CM3) today announced the successful closing of the acquisition of Track Holdings B.V. The total initial consideration is €22.4m (AUD$35.0m). Ludwig & Co. acted as financial advisor for Crowd Mobile.
