Ludwig & Co. announced today that Hendrik Becker has joined its team as Managing Director. Hendrik will focus on the origination and execution of merger and acquisition transactions.
Hendrik has more than 11 years of experience in M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory. He advised clients on disposals, acquisitions, IPOs and secondary offerings as well as complex strategic issues. His advisory experience includes numerous financial institutions related transactions.
Hendrik joins Ludwig & Co. from Citi, Frankfurt am Main where he was responsible for the coverage and execution of transactions in the financial institutions sector. Prior to his time at Citi, Hendrik was part of the FIG team at Lazard in Frankfurt am Main, where his responsibilities included covering the DACH region. Hendrik began his career at Rothschild in Germany and the UK after completing his diploma in Business Studies from Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL).
